Recommended songs for 4-12 year olds?

I am looking for one minute clips of some songs that would be
appropriate for kids 4 to 12 years old. Any suggestions would be very
helpful!
I want a catchy, motivational song that the teenagers would like but
appropriate for the younger kids as well.
