What's this Smallville episode?

Clark and Chloe are trying to find the identity of this guy and Chloe
is able to do so with a picture of the man's hand. At the end you see
Chloe meeting this man, and she shows him a file with his info showing
that she knows his identity, and they shake hands.

What's this episode?! Please I can't remember and it's driving me
crazy!
